- Client terms – booking and paying for cleans, cancellations, refunds, complaints and your consumer rights.
- Cleaner terms – joining, vetting, self-employment, fees, payouts, tax reporting and standards.

Maids2Clean is an online platform: the cleaning contract is between you and the independent, self-employed cleaner; we run the platform, check cleaners, take payment as the cleaner's agent and handle support and complaints.
Using this website
The information on this website is for general guidance. Prices, fees and availability shown in the app at the time you book are the ones that apply. Nothing in our terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring a claim in your local courts.
