Choosing a cleaner
Each profile shows the cleaner's first name, photo, services, languages, hourly rate, the area they cover, their reviews and a green tick for every check we've done. Their home address is never shown.
Posting a clean
Don't want to choose? Post your clean with the date, hours and the hourly rate you'd like to pay. Vetted cleaners nearby are told straight away and the first to accept is booked. If nobody accepts, you pay nothing.
On the day
- You'll see when your cleaner is on the way.
- Ask to see their badge – scan its QR code to check they're verified right now.
- They clock in on site, follow your checklist and take before-and-after photos.
- You confirm the clean in the app. Not happy? Tell us within 48 hours for a free re-clean or a fair refund.
