Prices and fees
Cleaners set their own rate. You see the full price before you pay.
What you pay
- The cleaner's hourly rate × the hours you book. Rates are usually between £12 and £45 an hour.
- Our booking fee: 10% of the cleaning price, minimum £3.
- Cleaners who aren't VAT registered don't charge VAT.

- Card – in the app, when the cleaner accepts.
- Bank transfer (BACS) – UK bookings at least 3 days away, where offered. Your booking is confirmed when the money arrives.
- Cash – pay your cleaner on the day, UK bookings only, where offered.
Cancelling
- 24 hours or more before: free, full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no access on the day: 50% of the cleaning price is charged (the booking fee is refunded).
- If your cleaner cancels: full refund, and we'll help you find someone else.
For cleaners
Cleaners keep their rate minus our 10% commission (minimum £3) for each completed booking – for example £40.50 from a 3-hour clean at £15/hour. You see what you'll earn before you accept.
